North Omaha Area Health (NOAH) is a beacon of hope in North Omaha, Nebraska, providing free, accessible, and compassionate healthcare services to underserved populations. Founded by visionary nurse and educator Ira F. Combs, BSN, BA, in the late 1990s, NOAH addresses critical health disparities in a community historically lacking adequate healthcare resources. Our mission is to serve patients regardless of their ability to pay, with the unwavering belief that “the needs of the patient come first.”
